Garden Openings 2018
PUBLIC GARDEN OPENING for the NGS Sunday 8th July and Saturday 14th July 11.00 am – 4.00 pm, cream scones and drinks available, wheelchair access, plants for sale, entrance £4, children under 16 free, plenty of parking.
Bookings for groups and individuals by appointment are now being taken some weekdays from the 4th - 18th July, 2-4pm,
£8 for garden walk , cream scones and short organ recital.
DirectionsJunction 8 off the M61 near the Morman Temple, Take the Blackburn Rd, A674, turn right just past the Red Cat signposted Heapey and White Coppice, follow the road round until you see a sign left to White Coppice, down into the Hamlet over the bridge and follow the yellow garden open signs.

Raymonds presentation with 300 pictures telling the history of 5 generations of the Smith Family dairy farming at White Coppice Farm, his musical world including writing 4 musicals then closing the farm down in 2000, converting the barn and creating the Stones and Roses Garden.
All told with much humour and all done for charity.
Charges £1 per person at the meeting plus travelling expences. |
